What happened?

Even when new mob spawns are toggled off, Strays still spawn. During events where other monsters don't spawn, Strays spawn in high amounts.

P.s. Mod version is actually 1.10.1, but there's no option for it in the dropdown.

Version

1.9.7

What operating system(s) do you experience this issue on?

No response

What Minecraft version were you on?

NeoForge 1.21.1

Relevant log output

strays arent considered modern mob,

Regardless of whether they'd be considered modern, I still don't think they should be spawning in bulk during an event that presumably stops vanilla monster spawns.
